  INCOSE San Diego, NDIA small business forum, AUVSI and the La Jolla Cove Swim Club.

• Holds an MAIT (Master International Transactions) from George Mason University, with studies at
  Tribhuvan University Kathmandu, and a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
  Her research has focused on creating order out of chaos.

• Has consulted on Health and Development projects at The World Bank and USAID.

• Has presented papers on the health development policy process.

• Has created databases for canning companies and personal trainers, before bringing the special
  organization credo of BBII to the world of systems engineering.

Alan Brenner (Chief Engineer)

• An expert in Enterprise Engineering and the definition and implementation of processes to enhance the maturity
  of an organization.

• Has made extensive use of tools and techniques such as SLATE, the various CMM/CMMI models, ISO 9000, TQM, and the such in the achievement of sustained six sigma results.

• Has a strong interdisciplinary technical background in physics, math, systems engineering, electrical engineering
  and computer science, developed over 25 years of industry experience.

• Holds an SB degree in Physics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

• Has extensive expertise in system requirements analysis, architecture development and engineering of high
  technology systems.
